BCBS has been working with RxSavings (RxSS) to bring MEDICATION FINDER- a solution that helps members save on prescription drug costs. Once members activate their RxSS account, RxSS software analyzes prescription drug claims, drug lists, plan benefit designs and pharmacy networks to find the member personalized, lower-cost prescription drug options. When the tool identifies a savings opportunity, RxSS notifies the member of the potential savings by the member's preferred contact method. The member can then access their online account to see what lower-cost prescriptions are available and compare prices based on their specific health plan.
