We specialize in group plans for Oklahoma businesses. We are committed to helping Oklahoma Employers find plans that will fit both the coverage needs and the budget of your company.

We conduct annual employee group meetings, going over your company's benefits and giving employees the opportunity to visit with us in person. In addition, we keep employers updated on compliance issues and any new health care reform provisions.

We take great joy in getting to know our clients and building a relationship with them. We are available to answer questions and help in any way possible. We want both employers and employees to feel comfortable enough to reach out to us and know that we will be there to support them.

We hold yearly policy reviews during our clients' renewal period, making sure that their current carriers and plans are meeting their needs and allowing them to make any changes in their benefit offerings. 

We don't work for the insurance carriers....we work for you.  We serve as your company's HR team, providing plan administration for all your benefit plans throughout the year. 

We assist eligible companies with setting up the OKHCAs Insure Oklahoma Employer Sponsored Insurance (ESI) program.  Once established, we assist eligible employees with the application process and their annual eligibility renewal.  In addition, we maintain each company's Employer Portal account, uploading their monthly health care invoice, monitoring employee eligibility status, and communicating with the employer.
